Owner | Bookkeeping Professional | Fractional Controller
Katie and her husband, Josh, own Legacy Bookkeeping Pro, where they lead their team in offering bookkeeping, account management, and fractional controller services built on trust, accuracy, and proven processes.
Lifelong Alaskans with entrepreneurial roots, Katie and Josh raised four children through homeschooling and are always up for a challenge. Their vision is to keep growing the team so they can better serve their community, in Alaska and beyond.
Away from the office, Katie loves hiking, boating, and fishing in Alaska, time with family, and a good cup of coffee with friends.

Melissa Crabtree

Melissa is happiest when she is setting others up for success. A detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Account Manager with a background in assistant and administrative roles, she is a self-proclaimed nerd who loves taking something complicated or cluttered, like a digital and numerical "closet," and turning it into something clear, organized, and easy to understand. She works with integrity, creates efficient processes, and serves clients well so they are free to spend their time doing what they do best.
A "retired" homeschool mom, Melissa enjoys reading, hiking in beautiful places, spending time with her family, serving the disability community, and being actively involved in her church.

Erin Long
Associate Bookkeeper | AR & AP, Payroll Specialist, Certified Contract Proofreader
Erin is a Missouri-based entrepreneur, U.S. Army Veteran, and licensed private pilot. She owns and operates a specialized aircraft interior business alongside Scott, her husband of 25 years. Her background is as diverse as it is dedicated, spanning years of military service, homeschooling her four children, and managing a home and small business. Erin brings detail-oriented expertise and a passion for organization to Legacy Bookkeeping Pro, and she is genuinely excited to be part of the team.
Erin and Scott enjoy life in the country, in the middle of a beautiful apple orchard. Their lively home is shared with three cats and a dog, plus a backyard flock of two geese and five ducks.
